Investment requirements
There are 2 options
Donation to the National Transformation Fund = USD 150,000 USD plus family fee. (Complete amount is Non-Refundable)
Investment in government-approved real estate project = $220,000 USD plus family fee. (Investment amount of $220,000 USD refundable after 5 years.)

Steps to Grenada Citizenship
Step 1
Forest Gate will pre-screen your passport copy and KYC form for government pre-approval. A down payment of the professional fees is required to open your application. The response is in 24-48 hours.
Step 2
Forest Gate professional team will assist and advise you with the collection of the documents required according to the Government checklist.
Step 3
Once your application is submitted, you're required to pay due diligence fees, investment, government fees into the authorized escrow account or direct in developer account.
Step 4
Due diligence report is issued to the government, who will then make a decision. In case of rejection, the client will be refunded accordingly.
Step 5
The balance of professional fees is paid. The citizenship certificate and passport are issued in your name.
